Très bon hôtel, je recommande ! Séjour avec ma mère, on a vraiment apprécié. Le personnel est accueillant, la chambre était propre, confortable et agréable. Gros plus, elle était prête dès 11h30/12h au lieu de 15h, ce qui nous a permis de profiter tout de suite, c’était top ! J’y compte bien revenir lors de mon prochain séjour à Rotterdam !

Very nice hotel although check in was a bit confusing as the reception was a couple of blocks to walk from the address for the hotel . The location was great for sightseeing in Rotterdam and close to the train station for exploring other cities in Holland .

We've stayed at a lot of hotels, this one was one of the better ones! Really comfortable bed, and great bathroom with an incredible rainfall showerhead. Lovely and quiet area with plenty of great places to eat and a supermarket close by as well. Really easy to get to via the trams. The room was perhaps a tad on the small size, bit it didn't bother us at all. Would very happily stay here again!

A nice boutique hotel with friendly staff, though its not staffed 24hrs, but there is the main hotel further up the road if you have problems. It's little out of the way from the main shopping area, but its walkable and closer to the Euromast and Museums area. A pleasant 15 minute stroll from the central train station and I felt safe walking that on my own at 12pm as well lit. Situated in a quiet residential area. My room was nice and contained a small safe and lovely bathroom. A guide to the Air con would be good given its in Dutch but got it working with trail and error before the cleaner seems to reset it before my last night and left it in a service mode, but not the end of the world.....ohh and the sink plug did not work (Rm 12) but it met my needs and provided a nice base for my visit.

Angenehmer und komfortabler Aufenthalt

Alles war fast perfekt. Sehr gute Lage zum Stadtzentrum, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem und das Bad war sauber. Zitronenwasser und Sirup standen uns kostenlos zum Trinken zur Verfügung. Der Whatsapp-Bot war sehr hilfreich und hat uns die ganze Zeit über verstanden, wenn wir Fragen hatten, so dass wir unsere Anfragen schnell bearbeiten konnten, egal wo wir waren. Ein kleines Manko war, dass ich um einen Löffel gebeten hatte, was nie erfüllt wurde. Man muss sie mit etwas blockieren, um sie offen zu lassen, aber ansonsten war alles perfekt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr!

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel. Die Rezeption ist nur in einer bestimmten Zeit beschäftigt. Das Hotel sieht optisch sehr einladend aus, könnte jedoch ein wenig sauberer sein. Wir hatten noch nach einer zweiten Decke gefragt und darauf leider keine Antwort erhalten. Wichtig: Das Gebäude ist hellhörig, somit hört man den Verkehr und andere Hotelgäste in ihren Zimmern. Die Lage war okay wenn man es ein wenig ruhiger möchte.

Would not recommend to stay here based on my experience. Rooms have no sound proofing at all. Can hear every door open/close, people up and down the stairs and v noisy if you have guests above you. Add in also a lot of noise if you have street-facing room. I asked to move rooms and they would not do it, even though rooms were available, they said I had asked too late even though I had not finished my stay. Would not work on a solution with me, even though I tried to find one. So the customer care was very poor. You have to walk to the main hotel if you want to speak to someone properly. There is no reception or security after checks in are done. + points: clean, bed was big and the bathroom/shower nice. At the very least pay more to stay at the larger Marin hotel but overall this is a cheap hotel for a reason
