El internet está pésimo, no hay un área en donde puedas sentarte a responder correos, no tienen personal que te ayude, si necesitas dejar tu equipaje antes de las 3pm, tienes que ir a otro hotel a que lo guarden. No tienen elevadores y las escaleras son muy reducidas por lo que llegar con equipaje es complicado.

Muy mala actitud e irresponsables en check in.

No recomiendo el hotel. No habia recepcion y tampoco onstrucciones para acceder a la habitacion. Culpam a Hotels. Com por no poderse comunicar con nosotros para darnos esta informacion. Son irresponsables y ni siquiera pidieron disculpas. Dicen que Hotels.com son responsables

De accommodatie was netjes, de mensen aardig, maar het was erg eenvoudig. Zowel de accommodatie als het ontbijt was eenvoudig en simpel. Voor wat we ervoor betaald hebben, vonden we dit het geld niet waard. Er is een bar en een gemeenschappelijke ruimte, echter vanaf 15 uur is die niet toegankelijk en ‘s avonds een drankje drinken is dus niet mogelijk. Voor dit geld, kiezen we de volgende keer een ander hotel.

Im Januar recht kalt

Schlichtes Hotel in relativ guter Lage. Man erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. ÖPNV sehr nah. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider war es (Januar 25) in vielen Bereichen sehr kalt. Im Zimmer gab es keine Heizung. Die Heizung im Bad war nachts aus, morgens war das Bad kalt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, allerdings waren z.B. die Pfannkuchen kalt. Es gab frisches Obst. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr kalt.

Gute Lage

Zimmer im 2.Stock - ohne Fahrstuhl. Angenehme Ausstattung. Gutes Bett. Positiv: sehr aufmerksames, nettes Personal, Sauberkeit. Negativ: kein Schrank im Zimmer. Im Bad gibt es keine Haken für Handtücher etc. Die Toilette ist sehr eingequetscht neben dem Waschbecken.

Die Unterkunft ist ca einen Kilometer vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein lebendiges Viertel mit zahlreichen Kneipen und Cafes. Es gab Zimmerservice, was wir gar nicht erwartet hatten. Es war wegen des Verkehrslärmes sehr laut im Zimmer. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, nur eine steile Treppe, die in die oberen Stockwerke führet.

Een keer en niet weer

Ik heb hier niet een fijne ervaring gehad. Het personeel was niet onvriendelijk, maar ook niet gastvrij. Receptioniste gaf geen uitleg over de faciliteiten, huisregels of wat dan ook, was ook bijna vergeten de kamersleutel te overhandigen. Er is geen lift aanwezig en parkeren op straat is enorm prijzig. Handdoeken in het hotel waren versleten en het bed was niet comfortabel. Enige positieve wat ik kan zeggen is dat het redelijk dichtbij het centrum ligt met de auto.
