Great stylish hotel in an excellent location

This is a very nice hotel in a great neighborhood. Great service from the staff. The room is a bit small, but a great bed. The only thing to criticize is that the glass toilet door is designed with gaps in the top and bottom which doesn't provide much privacy.

Amazing spot for a night before an early flight

This hotel is really great with a high service level. We booked it for one night because of an early morning flight. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport 10 minutes away. There are plenty of options at the hotel, and we were even got a room upgrade free of charge

The hotel was really easy to get to, it was within a 5 minute walk from the metro station, so hassle-free to get from the airport! Once we got to the hotel we were able to leave our bags with reception and walk around until the check in time, the receptionist was so lovely about it. I definitely recommend it, such a central location and within walking distance of lots of retaurants and attractions. The metro was so close, I felt like this whole trip we never had to worry about transport.

Good hotel. Nice, quiet rooms. Breakfast is too expensive for the offer. Beter to go to a breakfast place in the neighbourhood ( however these are often only open after 9AM)

Modern and light room, clean and comfortable. There isnt really a bathroom in the room, the shower and toilet is just separated from the rest of the room with glass doors that does not go all the way down to the floor or up to the ceiling so maybe not your plac if you are not travelling alone. There are no "do not disturb" sign to put on door, only a sort of lock on the inside of the door to let staff know you are in the room. But there is no way to let them know you are in the room before they try to open the door, so every morning I was waked up by the cleaners early. The plus is that there is chromecast on the TV and very well working wifi so easy to watch what you actually want to watch.

Great hotel. Small rooms but very clean. My only complaint is that they need to accommodate guests with luggage!! It’s nearly impossible to get big heavy luggage up to the lobby and then back out of the lobby. The “death stairs” need to be replaced or something done so that guests can safely transport their luggage into and out of the hotel. If you have very little luggage I can highly recommend this hotel!!

Very comfortable stay

Really enjoyed a one night stay - the rooms are a little tight for space but very well equipped and comfortable. Car parking is available and very convenient. Will definitely return.

It's a very new property and was designed very well. The rooms are small but have everything you need in them. If you like sea food, they have an amazing (but slightly pricy) market and restaurant that looked amazing! I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location to stay in Rotterdam. Staff were super. The room really quiet (slept really well). The room, however, was very small. No place to sit. No bedside table to put things on at night. Breakfast was good - however, if it's not included in your booking, there is no 'set' price, every item is totalled separately. I would definitely stay here again if in Rotterdam.

Amazing service, and comfortable rooms!

It was a lovely stay with comfortable bed, warm shower and we wished we hadn't made plans for dinner elsewhere as it smelled so good! Service was lovely. The A/C in our first room brought in a bad smell from the kitchen bins, but the staff moved us with no questions asked. We would be very happy to stay there again.

It’s a great area close to markethal which you can fine any type of food and restaurants. We had a big room which was a two story and had a queen bed upstairs which was nice for kids to be separated, very helpful and kind staff , they could hold on to our luggage for a week so we could travel lighter to other countries, we are so appreciated for that . Highly recommended

Superb place to stay - stunning design

The hotel is vibrant, relaxed and a stunning place to stay - the history of the building is amazing and a lovely story to explore. It’s right in the middle of the Blaak area - a very central vibrant area with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and attractions. The loft rooms are compact and perfect for a short stay - great shower, bed set up and TV. Would definitely stay again d recommend it. The only thing I’d ask is for a kettle as I like to drink tea morning and evening and it was a bit of a pain to keep popping down to the bar to order tea. My fault though, I should have asked. The staff were wonderful too - super friendly, especially the man on reception - very helpful and friendly at check in and check out.
