“Room felt small and cramped. On the plus side, it was very clean and modern. Comfortable bed, great shower and hairdryer. Small lift for your luggage and breakfast area was also cramped but the food/drink options were good. We did not receive the wine bottle that we we were entitled too (VIP status)”

“직원도 친절하고 시설과 청결도 등 전반적으로 좋았음. 다만 방 온도 조절이 잘 안돼서 감기 걸릴 뻔했음. 유료주차장 입구가 좁았음.”

“리셉션의 여직원 이름을 잘 기억하지 못하지만 너무 친절해서 기억에 남습니다. 2025.Jun.5 15:30분 경에 체크인 할때 리셉션에 계셨던 여자분을 칭찬해 주고 싶어요. 비오는데 우산도 흔쾌히 빌려 주시고 너무 고맙습니다 방도 넓고 주방과 식기세척기 까지 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 소피텔과 같은 식당에서 먹었는데 품질이 너무 좋았어요. 지하 주차장도 안전해서 은심이 되었습니다”

“Le camere sono in parte ristrutturate, ma la struttura è ancora vecchia e alcuni elementi sono di scarsa igiene, come la moquette per terra e le doppie tende pesanti. Purtroppo abbiamo anche trovato tante formiche in camera. Inoltre in mancanza di sapone nella doccia abbiamo chiesto alla reception di poterlo riempire durante la nostra assenza ma non è stato fatto.”

“The location was great, only 10 minutes to all the points of interest. Ignore reviews about parking saying car park is small, I drive a Tesla Y which is wide and I had no issue. There was a dry stain on the quilt itself where a previous guest maybe spilled their coffee but I'd have thought they might have changed the actual quilt as the quilt cover didn't hide it. The only issue as such was the fan in the bathroom didn't work so the bathroom remained wet all day and towels didn't dry”
