"Good except no drinking water in room. Had to take bottle down the hallway in the middle of the night to get water. Note said it was because it was more eco friendly, not having plastic bottles etc. however water could have been put in the room in the glass bottle before arrival. "PROS: The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offered lots of recommendations for restaurants and tours. The service was great, and the location of the hotel was pretty close to the city centre - everything was within walking distance. CONS: Air conditioning control was locked on the first night of our stay, uncomfortably hot in the hotel room. Must’ve been an accident, however we had to speak to the hotel staff to get them to reset it the next day. The bathtub was weathered and had quite a few stains. There was a small stain on the couch in the room, and the bedsheet had a small hole in it. Overall the room had signs of wear and tear which was a little disappointing. Parking garage was incredibly tight to maneuver, just something to keep in mind."

"Had to wait to check in but receptionist was polite when she turned up. Bedroom excellent size and clean however the shower could do with some attention around the base as was showing sign of gaps and mould/dirt. It wasn’t clear on hotel description that there is a 1.9m height restriction so we couldn’t park our Ford Transit in the car park but luckily we managed to get a space on the road outside of the hotel. No road sound in room which was good. Air con though was rubbish and may as well have not been on."
