“Un magnifique château, quoi de mieux pour passer un bon week-end ? Notre chambre les Andelys était très belle et spacieuse. We had been scheduled to stay in one of the junior suites and were excited and looking forward to our trip. When approached regarding moving our stay the hotel staff were blunt, unhelpful and refused to even consider moving our visit to another date over the summer.
