"The room was amazing. Very comfortable and roomy. Staff was very good. Breakfast is highly recommended - it was a good selection and high quality. My only complaint is that the room had an amazing bathtub but on the two occasions that I tried to take a bath there was only enough hot water for about 4 inches of the bathtub. Pretty disappointing as I'm a real bath person."

"The lovely and super charming Villa Lara was perfect for our stay to visit the D Day Beaches of Normandy. Not only was the hotel and our room very nice, the staff couldn't have been nicer. I inadvertently left 2 pairs of shoes behind when we left. The staff notified me and were nice enough to overnight mail them to my next stop. Our tour of the beaches left from the front lawn of Villa Lara. That couldn't have been more convenient. For the 2 evenings we spent there, the staff offered to make...
