They explained they would deliver our bags for us. Which they did, but they were marked for St Ignes and not our actual destination- Mackinac city. My husband and I both were very clear on Mackinac city as they asked twice. But they still sent them to the wrong destination. One of the bags that they delivered they tied so tight with a knot...
