Travelers need to be aware that most restaurants and bars are closed in the off season. There are only a few activities in the off season. The cabins were cute and the sauna was great. Be careful with parking as you may get blocked in some tight spaces at the assigned cabin spots. Overall, a good overnight stay but wouldn’t recommend more than two nights.

Santa Claus Village was the perfect mix between nostalgic yet not overwhelming Christmas spirit. . Everything from the accommodations to the food was top notch. Everything was in walking distance and Uber/cabs were easily accessible. Friendly staff, clean facilities, overall great experience!

We stayed there in summer which is a slack time in the area. The hotel room and general hotel area conditions are well kept even though the hotel occupancy rate is low. Some entertainment spots and restaurants are closed but there are still interesting things one can do or experience. The daytime is long since there is actually no sunset during summer. We have enjoyed wandering around in a relaxed pace. Also need to mention that the staff in the hotel restaurant has been very attentive and helpful. Buffet breakfast is also good.

Didn’t find check in person very helpful. Breakfast very average. Stayed 2 nights, room wasn’t serviced although we did get clean towels when requested. No soap left in dispensers so lucky we had our own. Lady at check out was a lot friendlier and helpful to get a taxi to airport. Overall we would still stay as such a novelty…..The people at the reindeer farm we so lovely and such a nice experience and of course Santa was such a joy to visit.
