“During my stay, a member of the cleaning staff iron my dress because hitel doesn't provide iron due to ':safety reasons " Unfortunately, they severely damaged the garment while pressing it. When I brought this issue to management's attention, they were dismissive refused to offer fair compensation for the ruined dress. The lack of professionalism and total disregard for guests' personal property is completely unacceptable. I would warn future guests to be extremely cautious about letting staff...

“Quiet,Clean and Great service”

“The staff was always cheerful and sincerely interested in our comfort and well being. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and our accommodations very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.”

“Magnifique! Site super joli!!

Tiefgarage ohne Aufpreis. Wir waren begeistert!!”

“Surprisingly better than expected. Wow, this hotel for this price? ”
