"Do not do business with this hotel. This hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me before my stay. They overbooked the entire hotel and had no more rooms left even after having a booking confirmation number and payment. They also wouldn't refund me even after I wasn't able to stay there. It took 3 weeks to get my money back after many calls with them. I wouldn't ever stay here. There is however a bungalow house nearby that I'd absolutely recommend instead of this hotel. "

"Terrible experience. After a mic-up between the hotel and hotels.com, I was repeatedly threatened with legal action, and the hotel was in general not interested in resolving the issue - refused to pick up the phone and refused to access hotels.com. Terrible, terrible treatment of customers, and horrendous attitude. "

"A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. "Stayed at Adventure Base Camp for a day of river rafting which was awesome. Great facility for the area. AC worked really well. Only issues are that the lower rooms in our building had some mold on the wall (but understandable due to the high humidity in the area) and the beds were a bit uncomfortable."

"A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. We enjoyed the food and the service was really nice and kind. Ashley is a character and brings some personality to the table. It’s very isolated but it’s possible to get a Tuktuk to tea plantations (1h) or hike down to a waterfall close by. A beautiful stay! Thanks "
