"Première réservation avec Hôtel.com. Extrêmement déçu, les 2 nuits nous ont couté 40% plus cher que le tarif affiché dans la chambre. Nous n'avions pas encore connu cela avec d'autres sites de réservation en ligne. De plus nous pensions être dans un hôtel or il s'agit d'une chambre d'hôte réservée plutôt à des pèlerins, literie en mauvais état. Mais que dire de notre arrivée...1h du matin porte fermée, pas de petit dej (qui était censé être dans le frigo)...nous sommes partis à 9h le matin et a notre retour le soir les produit frais était sur la table, donc avec le chauffage plus utilisable le lendemain. Pourquoi ne pas le mettre au frigo? mystère. Mauvaise organisation mais ça ne choque pas les propriétaire qui sont a priori a l'étranger...bref dommage et pour 200€ la nuit inacceptable. "
