Really good location, just a short walk from the centre. Being able to park was a real bonus. Freshly cooked breakfast and friendly staff. Room pleasant and clean. Good value for money and would use this hotel again.

Really lovely and friendly staff at the desk and restaurant . The night guard was also friendly and helpful . Great views of the river and town . We stayed one night which was a birthday and did enjoy the time . Breakfast was good and free parking too . Will visit again . Thank you Ladies 💜

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and very well appointed, parking was in a car park right outside the hotel so very easy, breakfast was delicious and well cooked. We loved it all so much that we will be going back some time next year.

Good location with easy parking, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Though cooked breakfast was good, would have appreciated some fruit salad with breakfast rather than a fruit bowl. Beds were comfy and we had a river view (when it was there!).

The hotel is in a good location, with easy walking into the town. The room could use some updating, and the WiFi signal was weak/not working in the room we stayed in (ground floor far at the end of the hallway). However, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good.

We mainly chose this hotel as it has a free car park on-site. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu had a really good choice and was brought promptly. Room was clean and spacious and overlooked the river. We would definitely return and we recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location to rye town. Hotel was clean, staff were great…. Very friendly and helpful. Room was light and airy with comfy twin beds and plenty of tea, coffee, etc. Large on site free parking. Very good breakfast. We didn’t have a drink at the bar so can’t comment but it looked like it’d be well stocked.

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially as I have food intolerances. Free parking which is rare in Rye. Close to restaurants and pubs in Rye. We had a riverside room which is much quieter than streetside.
