“The apartment was good, but the company took a 100 GBP damage deposit (it was supposed to be a hold but the money was debited from my account). They then claimed not to have actually taken the money (despite evidence to the contrary) and despite acknowledging the need to return the damage deposit claim to have done so without actually having done so (because they claim it was just a hold). Communication with them is extremely poor because it is largely through an AI assistant - and when you...

“Good location, cozy environment,”

“Very clean and very well decorated.”

“Wr got in with the door key code then went out briefly. On return key code would not work took 45 mins to get in. Typical student accommodation , very basic furnishings, cutlery & crockery mismatched only 1 mug& no cups. It was clean, warm & everything worked, water was hot, so for the price paid it was OK. With a little tlc it could be a lot better!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right in the centre and so convenient for getting around. The apartment was lovely and clean, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. There were just a couple of small things worth mentioning — the fan in the bedroom was a little noisy, and the window didn’t block out all the light in the morning. But these were minor things, and overall we had a really lovely stay. We’d happily stay here again!”

“Very near to Leeds Uni. Area is not so good. and can be noisy at night. Property inside was lovely but let down a little with out of date cushions and pillows, etc.”
