"Very disappointed in this Hyatt hotel. The place was falling apart from the elevators to the room furnishings. The furniture was old and beat up. The room had a musty odor that hit us as soon as we opened the door. My husband sat on the couch and threw his back out. We could not stay, and were unable to attend the show that we paid 180.00 for our tickets and the reason we stayed in Medford. The hotel is in such disrepair that it should be closed for renovations. I spoke to the manager and she happily refunded the cost of our hotel stay. "
