Really family orientated hotel with a superb kids pool and a great entertainment programme especially the animacion team run disney show in the evening. "All was good. Very friendly people. Hotel's restaurant is very spacious with very quick and efficient staff. Food was as expected. Hotel holds 4 stars, but would say it is 3 star plus. "Loved this hotel, despite a few negative reviews. Huge hotel so split across a few buildings (roads separating them are no issue even with kids), clean, friendly staff, safe, daily kids club amazing, about 6 different pools! Lots of activities for kids, beach within about 2 minute walking distance from our room, ability to request housekeeping items for free via an app, internet works great and was able to stream our usual shows when needed. We will be booking again for 2025. We had 2 adults and 2 children (ages 2 and 5) in our booking. "
