"Yes, I would like to say while Pedro Mo Biat and Ana were very helpful and very accommodating. There was some staff including evening managers that were not so accommodating and were not so pleasant to deal with. Overall our stay was very, very nice. I’m not going to mention names. I already shared with Pedro some of the staff that were not so pleasant and not so hospitable. Like I said, Pedro was very accommodating, very pleasant very professional and very hospitable. I expressed to Pedro that this is the hospitality industry, and there were some staff in the hotel that did not represent well. There were a couple of instances where other staff were not very polite including one of the bartenders (he was tall) who wanted to charge me 50 cents for each cup because I asked for 16 cups and then told me he needed the cups for guests at the bar… I told him we were guest at the hotel … we needed to go outside to purchase cups. That that is why my rating is not a perfect score. Like I said we had a wonderful stay, but when you stay at a property and there were 16 of us in this group you expect over and above. We had eight rooms, one of which was a suite and we spent thousands of American dollars and they were times in the evening that the staff were not very polite and did not accommodate us with some of our simple requests like I said.. I shared with Pedro my concerns. Thank you for a wonderful week on your property."

"Very nice hotel and very well looked after. Nice location and very handy for taxi’s or buses if you want to get out to other places. Nice that you can also get boat trips from the nearby jetty. The pool bar serves nice reasonably priced food and we found the drinks a good price too. Big selection of food at breakfast so everyone should find something they like. My only criticism is the sun bed situation. All the ones that are out permanently are “ reserved” very early. There is space for more and if you ask the pool attendant he will get you one if there is space left. Hotels really need to start and enforce rules about putting out your towel at silly o clock and not using the sunbed till later."

"Reception staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent lots of options and fresh, room clean (only downside was on the smaller side) the rooftop was the highlight for us! The hot tubs with a view were amazing! Loved all the sun loungers and still quiet despite being the middle of Summer season, overall a fantastic stay we hope to return!"

"This is a super hotel everything about it is impressive . The staff are wonderful ,restaurants many and varied. Food and drink value for money. We had a junior suite and my only slight gripe would be the sofa bed just not very comfy. A room is expensive that bit should be better. 8 minute walk to the beach.."
