โGreat value for the money no doubt about that. Independent decent apartment not far from Medellin is what exactly I want. Loved having the washer machine. Groceries could be delivered to your door. Mateo is a great guy, fantastic help, showed me around and even helped me order groceries and get a haircut. DiDi and Uber are not expensive and can take you everywhere. Sloppy hill down to the apartment and up to the main road. Good daily exercise. โ
โThe personal are pending for bringing me good service, Excellent customer service, very delicious breakfast in overall good cleaning but the shower needs more attention, same on the taller areas in the closet.
But in general Iโm satisfie.โ
โThe location is perfectโright in the center of everything! We were only about 10โ20 minutes away from all the spots we wanted to visit, like Provenza, Comuna 13, and the malls. The staff was wonderful, and the rooms felt like having your own mini apartment. One tip: skip the mini barโthereโs a convenient store right next door with much better pricesโ
โWe had a very great experience. Excellent service. Very fast reply. Super clean. The restaurant there โtreatโ is 10/10. Everyone is friendly. Truly made us feel like royalty. Itโs in a very great location near a market and nice. Transportation is very easy. I would definerly come back. Our penthouse was amazing. I canโt wait for the pool to open. Daniela was amazing. And the whole staff was great. Worth every penny, canโt wait to come back ๐โ

โOur unit was like a tiny home. My daughter loved the loft. The flooring had gaps from poor installation but the apartment was clean and the property staff were prompt and courteous.. The mattress would be considered comfortable for colombian standards. Shower was small. Did not have hot water for about 6 hours one day but staff helped correct the issue.. All in all I would give it a 8.5 out of 10.. โ
