Staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed and shower were fine, but the carpets!! I stayed on the 3rd floor and the carpets are in desperate need of replacement. Very dirty and not very welcoming.

Very clean room. Staff sent us to the wrong room at check in with our young children and were unapologetic when we had to return to the lobby to find out our room was on another floor.
