โthe hotel had problems with hot water, there was no hot water available. when we notified the hotel service staff they made us wait two hours before letting us know the hot water was unavailable and that we needed to wait until the following morning to get hot water. we ended up leaving the hotel at 1am looking for a different hotel to stay in. when we were leaving they didn't even offer to help look for a different place or anything. the fact that they didnt even apologize for this incident was...
