“Top Service! Top Management! Selten so freundliches Personal in Ägypten angetroffen! Fitness Studio sehr gut ausgestattet, Strand sehr gepflegt. Zimmer angemssen. Ich werde wieder kommen! ”

“Some of the staff were extremely impolite and rude, when they wanted you to spend money they seemed to be much more friendly, will not be staying again. Hotel overall is good but some of the staff ( reception members make the place a lot less friendly than it should be) ”

“We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay.”

“Great hotel and very nice staff special thanks to the general manager Mr Mansour who helped us with a lot of stuff and even things he didn’t need help with. The staff was very accommodating and helped with everything they could both hotel stuff and outside stuff. The rooms were clean and nice with an amazing view. The beach is a couple of minutes away but there is a car available that takes you all the time. Amazing pool and beach.”

“The service was disappointing, and we often felt unattended. Staff were generally unhelpful, rarely smiled and came across as quite blunt. Customer service needs significant improvement, with staff making guests feel more welcome and prioritising their needs. The facilities are extremely poor, with very little to do to keep guests entertained. There is a lot of unused space that could be put to better use, and the surrounding construction work makes the views particularly disappointing....
