“The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I booked in advance a few hours before and had paid with my debit card and when I got there they didn't have the 2 bed Queen room I originally had paid for all they had was a King hot tub suite. Before I could even say or ask anything the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the upgraded more expensive room for the same price. “Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available. Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room.”

“When first arriving at Comfort Inn, I was a little taken aback because it was in the middle of a very busy street, with virtually no indication that it was a hotel. And upon first entry, it did look a little worn. But after arrival, the staff made up for everything. During our stay, the staff at the continental breakfast (Marcy?) was wonderful.
