I have been coming to Saginaw for about 12 years now and this is the first time I stayed at the Holiday Inn. I wish I had sooner. The whole experience was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. I did not have breakfast but one day while I was there for the 4 day stay but it was adequate for my needs. The coffee was exceptional and available all day. I would have appreciated if the airport shuttle would have been provided. I felt safe while there and the location was convenient for my needs. We will most likely return to Saginaw this summer and will definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome time at the Holiday Inn Express Saginaw, Michigan.The people were friendly and helpful are room was really nice. We had a great time in the pool and loved the hours it was open and closed. I would stay there again and bring my family and friends.

The food for breakfast was the best I've had or seen in any hotel so far. Parking was available in both front and back of the hotel. Down fall was the morning of check out our keys no longer worked and we couldn't get back in our room after going to breakfast. I did inform them amd said it's not even 11am and our keys don't work? Seriously I still need to pack the car.
