This hotel is in the perfect location to experience Midland. The luxury amenities and excellent customer service are the icing on this treat of accommodation!!
Extremely pleased with this hotel. Cleanliness is my main concern, and they succeeded, which made me comfortable to stay there. The staff is very friendly and professional, even the groundskeeper was personable.
This was our 3rd stay at this H hotel. We received an unexpected upgrade that included the 4th floor lounge -which was exceptional!
All of the staff from the GM, restaurant, front desk and housekeeping were kind, helpful and professional.
An added bonus was the bike rental and the biking/walking trail outside of this hotel. The bikes were very well maintained and fun to ride.
We intend to stay at this hotel again next Summer as well!
Stains on the floor, missing piece of the mirror, and took all day to cool the room to 69 degrees. The rest of the stay was great. Very accommodating. 24 hr pool and fitness was nice.
