The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly, a special mention to Patricia in the restaurant and Osama, the pool attendant, who both went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The food is delicious and varied and the premises immaculately clean and well presented. We would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was as expected, and the staff were consistently helpful. I was, however, disappointed by the very limited number of women on staff. I recognize that women are less represented in the workforce in Egypt, and having visited the country several times, was prepared for that disparity. Still, it can be uncomfortable as a female guest to have nearly every interaction be with men. I continue to hope that hotels—particularly those with international ownership and clientele—will give greater consideration to gender diversity among their staff."
