“My stay at Grand Waterworld Makadi was a mixed experience, with some genuine highlights alongside several disappointments. The positives: The animation team is very active and keeps the resort lively throughout the day. They hosted a number of dance shows, and I particularly enjoyed the Argentine Malambo performance. “Great resort and even better given it's size. I will return! Info about premium or not black armband vs Grey armband etc could be better. PS - the resort is huge!”

I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving. “The best resort in Hurghada, so much nice facility, buffet and service. I had been used more than 10 kinds of resort(hotel) in Hurghada. Here is the most nice.”

“Comfortable room, I had not been able to get hold of the property to discuss late check out through their phone or through Expedia but was upgraded to a family suite on arrival. On the whole very nice hotel”

“We had a really enjoyable stay at the resort. Everything was well organised, the resort itself was lovely, and the overall experience was excellent. The staff deserve a special mention — they were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their service really made the holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended!”
