“I will recommend Grotto Bay to anyone traveling to Bermuda. I would love to see better coffee pots and a microwave in the rooms. Still the best vacation I've ever had. Staff were phenomenal.”

Only issue we had, was that they put us in a room(which we absolutely loved btw) right next to a room being blown out construction wise. “Everything here is amazing except for 2 small issue's. They need to provide water by the pool or beach or at least someplace that sells water and a place to refill it. Also, there are lots of very steep stairs and hills going to and from the rooms and beach. Maybe golf cart shuttle service. Otherwise it is fantastic.”

“Neal is an amazing host! We had a great time and he even drove us to the airport for our return flight since he was picking up his son there. We had a pool view room which was great - despite the hotel being fairly full, it wasn't loud at all. Breakfast was yogurt, pastries, and coffee/tea, which was perfect - we made eggs and oatmeal in our room to complement. We walked to the nearby grocery and walked a ton in Hamilton. We would definitely stay at the Rosemont again!”

The checkout day, I left recharge cord and adapter in my room but could not find at all. It was surely taken by maid. Please reinforce education to maids not to steal customers' belonging.”

“Had the best time at Pompano Beach club! The staff are absolutely incredible, so friendly and welcoming. We did the dining plan it mad the whole experience more enjoyable and easy. Loved the heated pool, the beautiful beach, the views! The hotel is a bit dated but we didn’t care one bit. A truly authentic experience in Bermuda. Can’t wait to go back! ”
