“The highlight of this property is its beach location. Magnificent pink sand beach and gorgeous water views. Convenient beach bar and grille. Wonderful main restaurant with great food and exceptional restaurant staff. The deficiencies are the property buildings are old and appear in need of repair. Walls are cracked, paint peeling and general appearance of being in need of repairs.”

“The worst customer service we have ever experienced at a resort. The property itself is fabulous, but unfortunately, the service was so poorly managed that we would never return. We had an oceanfront room directly in front of a wedding, which we had absolutely no issue with. However, the band was so excessively loud that our entire room vibrated for hours. When we raised the issue, the hotel showed virtually no concern and made no meaningful effort to accommodate us. The service issues extended...

“Great place to stay. Friendly staff, large rooms with a desk - good for business travel. Great restaurant. The shuttle service was awesome! It rained during my stay, they took me to my meetings every morning & picked me up when needed. A great service!”
