Family stay

We had a fabulous one night stay as a family at the end of August. The owner was very welcoming and patient with my rusty French! Accommodation was very spacious and clean and it was lovely to sit outside in the evening sun listening to the animals. My daughter particularly liked the cute guinea pigs! We ate in the restaurant for dinner which was delicious and breakfast was included. A great place to stay for visiting the Marais Poitevin!

Very welcoming for families with young children. Our tent (Dome Étoile) was new and very clean. The toilet and shower are seperate but reserved for your tent only. The attached animal park is a great way to spend a few hours with the animals and games for kids.

Nuit à la ferme , bucolique, sans chichi , correct

Une nuit en famille sur la route des vacances, nous arrivons à 20h20 on nous le fait bien remarquer, 1 personne pour faire l’accueil des hébergements + le service du restaurant c’est effectivement peu en plein mois d’août… L’endroit est plaisant, en pleine campagne, 1 ferme pédagogique attenante ( coqs et ânes !) pas besoin de réveil matin les coqs s’en chargent !! Par contre si vous souhaitez caresser les ânes il vous faudra attendre l’ouverture payante de la ferme. Pour finir , il a fait très chaud cet été et les hébergements ne possèdent que peu d’ouverture et pas de climatisation, la chaleur accumulée en journée sous la mezzanine qui contient le lit double dans lequel ont dormi mes enfants était étouffante et la fraîcheur de la nuit n’en vient vraiment pas à bout ! Bref , c’était correct mais autant pour l’accueil que pour les prestations juste correct.

Une description d'hébergement INEXACTE

Arrivée compliquée - Environ 1/2h d'attente pour le check in avec un personnel hautain et désagréable ("vous etes en vacances, vous pouvez patienter"). Hygiènes douteuse - Les sanitaires soit disant privatifs servent à minima au personnel de l'asinerie et potentiellement aussi au clients du snack (si on en croit les fléchages indiquant les toilettes). Les douches doivent etre prises en moins de 5 minutes, sous peine de se retrouver dans le noir pour cause de minuterie mal réglée. Les verrous des douches cassés ne nous permettaient pas de nous verrouiller sous peine de rester enfermés. Restauration rapide inexistante - Le snack annoncé pour le repas du soir n'etait composé que de salade de tomates et du poulet basquaise. Aucun des autres plats de la carte n'était disponible, y compris le produit phare de l'hébergement : les glaces au lait d'anesse. Calme espéré inexistant - Les hôtes fêtaient un anniversaire personnel sur le site. Il semble également qu'ils aient organisé une soirée de clôture pour les saisonniers de l'asinerie voisine. Description fallacieuse - Le réfrigérateur, soit disant à disposition des locataire dédié au personnel saisonnier de l'asinerie Seuls points positifs de notre séjour, la propreté de la yourte et le petit déjeuner correct. Nous attendions une autre qualité de service de la part de ce partenaire d'Hotel.com, et surtout plus de franchise dan la description de leur établissement sur votre site. Un établissement à fuir de toute urgence.
