"Big room"

Dream Castle Hotel

"Place to store luggage when room not ready. Shuttle is a nice idea but was a large negative for the entire Disney experience. Panic provoking at end of night but also during the day. Kids pulled smoke detector 4 times the first night. It was nice to have lobby bar with food for late night meal. Room was nice and cool."

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently located close to Disney parks with shuttle service. The pool was a bit unkept and did not look clean. Other than that, the rest of the property was great. Having AC during the heatwave definitely made it more comfortable."

"Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. If you’re a western visitor and been to other Disney properties, lower your expectations and just understand that Disney Paris doesn’t do AC very well. However, if you ask for a fan, they will provide one for your room. Overall, its still a great Hotel and clean property."
