The staff are welcoming, the rooms basic but clean, the location is not at all beautiful, but in a great location for those travelling on A roads and the restaurant attached to it is better than your average chain, the chef is good at what he does and the beer is rather lovely."

It was a good choice as we were out all day and each evening but it provided clean, comfortable and economical facilities for overnighting! The breakfast was quite adequate and easy if you wanted an early start and tge staff were very nice and friendly."
