โThe decor was incredible. Absolutely stunning. We stayed on the first floor (1A) and there were people staying directly above us. We heard every time they walked, flushed, talked and coughed. In the morning, they then came to the coffee bar which was directly across from us and we heard every cup they made, and their conversations for 45 minutes until they moved out to the porch. We got 3 hours of sleep and left by 8:30a as there is no sound barrier at all in that room. Very uncomfortable...

โStayed in this hotel with my husband and we were pleasantly surprised with a number of things: location (proximity to what we were visiting Kansas City for), amenities and cleanliness of the hotel, noise level was very low.
