The layout of my room was slightly unusual and took a little getting used to.โ

โI was staying in the hotel whilst my dad was in a nearby hospital having experienced a stroke. The staff went above and beyond and were very flexible about extending my stay and letting me work in the function room etc. The local area is also very nice especially the fish and chip shop and Indian restaurant and pub across the road.โ

โWe only stayed one night en route to the highlands, but this was enugh for us to know the hotel is in a good location (near the outlet), the staff is helpful and the room was and clean. โ

โWe were extremely happy with our stay at The Mill Forge itโs our 4th time staying there and it was absolutely a treat Room was so spacious comfortable and had everything you can expect Beds are very comfortable bathroom very spacious Check In was easy and the staff friendly and make you feel most welcome With it being only a few miles from Gretna it makes it very convenient

โThis was an immaculately clean and comfortable stay. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant had a good choice and the chef clearly takes pride in his food- great quality and lots of choice. The breakfast included traditional ootions but also good quality food. We loved the location and would highly recommend the Queens for an overnight or longer stay. We also brought out dog and we were all made to feel very welcome. โ
โA lovely place to stay in a quiet, pretty village surrounded by lovely countryside. The staff were excellent and so friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was decorated to a high standard. I appreciated the fridge with cold bottles of water and fresh milk. The breakfast was substantial and tasty (I loved the vine tomatoes). I would definitely recommend The Sally to friends.โ
