“The chateau is beatiful and the dinner was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at dinner. The food was sooo good and the staff made the night so fun. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and they made it so special!!
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were a little disappointed we weren't in the chateau. I misunderstood what our room name was and didn't realize it meant we were in an annex building and not the chateau itself. So that was a let down. But...

“Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. They would not refund me the difference in...
