Overall the hotel is pretty nice, the room had style, the staff at the reception was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Great location, 50 Meter away from the beach.

Bien dans l'ensemble.

Hôtel méritant 4*, personnel globalement apprécié, place de parking à disposition pour cet hôtel très central sans surcoût, c'est appréciable. Restaurant le Pierre de bon niveau. Environnement bruyant (bord de mer) mais plage avec baignade possible face à l'hôtel. Belle piscine chauffée. Dommage que la chambre "supérieure" (108) attribuée pour le séjour soit si sombre et si exposée aux bruits du front de mer, pénible.

À notre arrivée, le sol de la chambre était encore mouillé. J’ai failli trébucher et je me suis cognée la cuisse. J’en ai informé la femme de chambre qui a immédiatement séché, puis la réception, qui nous a réservé une petite surprise en chambre. Lors de notre départ, une remise a également été faite sur nos consommations. Une équipe vraiment à l’écoute et aux petits soins, merci

Bel hôtel 4 étoiles très bien placé à Saint Pierre À améliorer : l’accueil est très professionnel mais mériterait d’être plus chaleureux, les codes internet ne fonctionnaient plus le matin du dernier jour alors que la chambre est libérable à 11:00, le sol des communs du 1 et étage en une espèce de toile verte synthétique ne fait pas très 4 étoiles Le prix du petit déjeuner à 20€ fait pour le coup presque 5 étoiles : un peu disproportionné en termes de rapport qualité prix…

Je souhaite signaler de vrais problèmes pour un 4 étoiles. En effet, je souhaitais m'offrir un moment de detente en couple, avec ma femme en situation de handicap, mais les choses ont été un peu gâchées. Premièrement j'avais envoyé un message a l'hôtel pour une reservation de SPA et soin pour ma femme qui , selon eux, n'ajamais été reçue ( alors que demande envoyées via Hotels.com). De plus arrivés a l'hôtel, pas de places de statdisponibles: capacité de stationnement non adéquate avec le nolbre de clients. De plus j'avais également demandé lors de ma reservation un chambre avec climatisation non dirigée versla tete de lit: demande non prise en charge. Enfin, le lavabo etait bouché, donc chambre non vérifiée avant arrivée du client. Malgré constat fait a la réception, pas d'intervention avant notre depart ni changement de chambre. Pardonnez-moi mais si on va dans un 4 etoiles ce n'est pas pour rencontrer des problèmes d'un hôtel formule 1. Bref, je suis évidemment déçu de mon experience car j'aurais souhaité pour ce moment avec ma femme que les choses soent a la fauteur de la prestation que j'avais choisi.
