Unprofessional - nice location

Rooms were not ready at the time promised, several guests were waiting. Pool rules were ridiculous, only tight trunks/speedos, no Coca Cola zero allowed etc. No cleaning one day and no towels the next Nice location on the beach in the harbour

Lovely view

Overall the stay was lovely. The vite was lovely over the marina. Breakfast was nice! The sewimming area could have been a little bit better I think. The service was great but not everyone in the reception understands english very good. The hotels location is super!

Two weeks in france

Staff was very good, housekeeping was exellent. Greeting lady in breakfast was so welcomming. Beds was terrible, had to chage room , and tried 3rooms before i found one that did not make noice. To be a guest for two weeks, and spent almost 4000Euros it would be nice to be offered a complementary meal, or a free spa visit.

After reading some of the other reviews of the hotel I was a bit worried about staying here. But it was great! Yes it was a bit dated but the location was so good, backing on the beach and with a pool, by the marina. Yes the shower overflowed ( just needed to reduce the pressure a bit) but the bed was super comfy. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. We paid much less than the price shown on the board in reception - if I had paid that I may have felt more disappointed. But we thought it was good value for what we paid in a top location.

located in the marina. Great access in walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. Hotel is clean and hotel staff friendly and helpful. No parking at the hotel for free - pay outside which is very limited. Some free parking ( if you are lucky) in nearby roads Please note that men in France are not allowed in the swimming pool in swimming shorts they have to be tight swimming trunks! My husband was refused entry to the hotel pool by the hotel pool guard because he was wearing swimming shorts. Apparently its a rule in France that in communal pool areas you need for hygiene reasons (?) tight swimming trunks. Whilst the hotel were apologetic the pool isn't their pool but it belongs to the property company who manage the pool with an officious pool guard!

We didn’t get the premium room with harbour view we booked. The receptionist just said they didn’t have what we had booked (but no details of what we were getting other than confirming over and over that it was only a one night stay) and were happy to cancel when it was already in the evening and we had to take it. He was talking to other staff instead of serving the customers. I raised it with a lady receptionist the next day and she said she had refunded the breakfast for not getting the correct room and to get some drinks from the fridge as a compensation but I still haven’t received the refund yet. The shower was terrible. It didn’t drain well and water went everywhere because there was no shower screen. There was not enough towels to dry the floor. Overall, an unpleasant stay.

Una lode a questa struttura. Oltre all'accoglienza del personale, la pulizia della camera e dell'hotel, la posizione e l'agevolazione del parcheggio, si sono anche dimostrati pronti nel trovare una soluzione ad una loro problematica sorta, provvedendo a compensare il disguido creatosi. E questo anche se il nostro soggiorno era solamente di una notte. Alla direzione e al personale un sentimento grazie!
