When we originally booked this property, we indicated it was for 5 guests. Since this popped up on our search, and considering that there were numerous pictures showing all properties on this particular sight, we had to believe the one we booked was for 5 people (it was also the largest). Upon arrival, we discovered it only accommodated 4 people with two queen beds and 4 bath towels. We reached out to the contact person and waited two days for the matter to be resolved. Our stay was only for four days, so that means that during half of our trip, we had someone sleeping on the floor without a decent pillow, blankets or a bath towel. The contact finally got the go-ahead from the manager (after making us prove we specifically booked for 5 people) to move us to different accommodations which were much better for our group. The location of this particular property was amazing and the one we got sent to was not quite as great, but at least it suited our group.

Property was in a great location and overall it was nice but we were staying for 3 nights and they left 3 towels plus 2 small one which wasn't enough. One of the bathroom was great and the small one was bad and very hard to take shower because water was going out and we had no extra towel to dry and basically only one bathroom.

Everything was perfect but for communication. I have an american phone with slow data in Europe. Going to web based communication was hard. I would prefer getting instructions and the like via email (directly). Also if there is a problem (lost key, appliance not working) there is not really a way to communicate, BUT everything went great. Great value.
