"Location is very central for Zagreb to see the main sights. However it is located within pedestrian only streets, so drop off is not at hotel entrance. Fortunately our arranged driver knew where to drop us nearby 100m with hotel sign in view and I managed to get the hotel porter to help us with our large bags. Many nice restaurants around area. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly and checking in was efficiently done. The room we had was large, clean but furniture looks dated. Breakfast was quite average."

"Never ate at hotel, but can't say enough about staff ar front desk.Was having trouble with new sim card and they worked for hrs to help me receive my emails where all my itinery was..Hotel was lovely snd they upgraded me without asking.Would definitely recommend and great location.Can walk everywhere. "Hotel with a lot of character. Very pleasant experience. Close to sites and city has great tram system. Taxis horribly expensive which has nothing to do with hotel. Due to rain did not get to use terrace which looked enticing. Excellent. a/c. Comfortable room."

"The hotel is not close to the city center (it's a 20' ride to Zagreb's main attractions) but it is in a commercial zone surrounded by malls that you can walk to with plenty of shopping and dining options. Our room was modern, spacious and there was plenty of light. The mattress was sturdy and comfortable. It had a mini fridge though no microwave. The bathroom had a shower and some toiletries. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the pool and it did not disappoint. Our son enjoyed it very much. It had a very relaxed ambience and there was only one other person beside us. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant but we did not use it. Breakfast was great. There were plenty of cold and warm options to choose from and quality was great. Staff was friendly. We asked in the bar for some ice and they had no problem giving us some."
