“Absolutely idyllic location, surrounded by greenery with a view down to the lake. Large room in the old part of the castle was clean and beautifully furnished with a large bathroom. The pool is situated in a peaceful part of the grounds and was very relaxed spot to stay with a book. The owners were very helpful and welcoming - we ordered chilled wine on the terrace and a lovely breakfast the next day. Highly recommend staying here.”

“The Chateau is well set back from the nearby road and there is no traffic noise. There is lots of parking on the site in several areas. We stayed in the Chateau rather than the more modern accommodation nearby. A lift was available to our room and since it was very warm ,40C, our room had an air conditioning unit, in the room. The room had lovely features and was very comfortable. Dinner in the lovely restaurant was first class. The chef adjusted dishes where appropriate because of my Coeliac...

J'ai prolongé mon séjour d'une nuit supplémentaire pour profiter de ce superbe établissement et repartir reposée. Et je je ne manquerai pas de revenir a nouveau lors de mon prochain passage dans la région.”

“Le Mas des Bories ved Perigueux er det meget charmerende sted i gammel stil med stor have og pool. Ideelt hvis man ønsker at bo på landet i fredelige omgivelser. Vi havde en juniorsuite med stor balkon fint møbleret. Værten er meget hjælpsom og morgenmaden fin. Et godt sted for nogle dages ophold.”
