Wonderful View and peaceful environment! Chris the manager was very helpful. You will need a car to explore the island. The hotel has parking and free use of the main area to cook if needed .

Amazing and welcoming stay

The room was beyond my expectation with a stunning view. Clean and comfortable. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure everything was good. Highly recommend. I’d definitely come back.

Staff was really kind and friendly. They listen to my stories and accidents during my stay. But it’s a bit far from downtown. Renting a car would be convenient, but there are free shuttle for going to Garapan which was great. Hot shower, toilet are clean. You can see beautiful view from the window.

My recent stay at the Skyline Hotel, exceeded all expectations. Chris, the dedicated staff member, truly stood out with his exceptional customer service. Upon check-in, he immediately addressed the slight smoke odor in the room from previous guests and personally escorted me to ensure my comfort. He graciously offered an alternative smaller room on the second floor, which actually suited my preferences perfectly. While Chris appeared to be the sole staff member, he managed the responsibilities seamlessly, ensuring every guest felt valued. Despite this, the hotel remained remarkably affordable, offering modern, spacious rooms that surpassed my expectations. The panoramic views of the Saipan sunset were simply breathtaking, providing an unforgettable backdrop for relaxation. Though the water was a tad harsh and some bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear from lime scale and rust, they didn't detract from the overall positive experience. The Skyline Hotel is undeniably a gem for those seeking affordable luxury with unparalleled views.

Amazing spot for ocean and sunset views. Very nice owner, spacious room, comfortable bedding. Great location, 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach, 15 minutes drive to the must-go view points in the north. I’m a picky about hotels, but nothing to complain about this one. Highly recommended!

I had the most wonderful stay! Chris and his staff were attentive and responded quickly to my requests. The property is modern for being in the middle of the Pacific. The air conditioner is cold and the water pressure good. There is a 3rd story where I would sit at 4am and just watch the day wake up with the sounds of the jungle birds and the sun peeking out over the hills. It's a 3 minute drive (10 min walk?) down to Pau Pau beach. I will be a repeat customer!

Great solo trip

My stay at the Saipan Skyline hotel was amazing! The owner, Chris, and his staff made sure I was well taken care of for my 11 day Saipan vacation. The hotel is very well designed, with comfortable beds, and an amazing view. There is a full kitchen available for cooking and I had a small fridge in my room. The staff cleaned my room daily and even did my personal laundry for free. There is a shuttle from the nearby Kensington Hotel to the Garapan shopping district 3x/day. Chris will drive you to and pick you up from the shuttle. Beautiful PauPau Beach is also just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Things to note: 1. This is a beautiful small hotel, which is a bit isolated. I loved the quietness of the hotel. Don't expect a big Saipan resort. 2. Renting a car is pretty necessary. There is the shuttle and some taxis, but the car was nice to have. 3. The road to the hotel is unpaved, but nowhere near as bad as others have stated. Just drive slowly and you'll be fine. I cant wait for my next trip back to the Saipan Skyline!
