Laundry was handy to have. We had to leave our 2 suitcases that had broken wheels and they charged a fee but we were grateful to have the option to leave them. Room was great size
Great location- near enough to Omiya station but at a relatively quieter corner. There are 24h convenience stores and pharmacy. The hotel itself has a public bath - great for soaking after tiring journey.
Rooms are nice and decent size. Staff is friendly. Laundry situation is pretty poor. 4 machines, one of which was broken. Constantly in use with people waiting in the laundry room.
Had a lovely twin corner room. Staff n chamber provide good service. Bf is excellent. Being on the outskirt to tokyo, u can gi on a day trip easily. I would stay again if its not too pricey.
Overall is good. A lot of shopping and eating places.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
This was my second stay, and I really appreciate that this hotel is one of the newer and more comfortable options in the area. The three-bed room is surprisingly spacious for being so close to a major station, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the spa on the 14th floor is a lovely bonus.
There were a few small inconsistencies—like some carpet stains, fluctuating spa temperatures, and mixed interactions with staff—but overall my stay was pleasant. Email response time was a bit slow, but I’m genuinely grateful that they were willing to hold my luggage for several days before check-in.
With the front desk tucked away at the back of the 13th floor, the hotel seems set up for minimal staff interaction, which might explain some of the communication delays. Even so, it’s a convenient and comfortable choice, especially for groups who need three real beds rather than a sofa bed.
The helpful friendly staff were amazing and went out of their way to help.
The room was quite nice, a little small and no wardroom but it was ok for short visits.
It would be nice if they had onsite
The kettle and cups were in the room but no tea or coffee, you had to go to reception to get tea and coffee.
I recently spent four nights in a spacious, three-bed corner unit that proved incredibly affordable. The highlight was the sky spa on the top floor—so relaxing that I found myself soaking in it twice a day. Just steps from the hotel you’ll find both 7-Eleven and Lawson, plus a lively shopping district, endless dining options, and the local train station. Although it sits away from the busiest tourist spots, it still offers everything I wanted—at prices for food and shopping that beat central Tokyo—and a swift 30-minute train ride lands you at Tokyo Station. It’s a bit further from the airport, but for value, convenience, and a comfortable base to start your trip, this hotel can’t be beaten.
The hotel room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options. The staff were excellent. I want to thank the staff for helping me find my lost luggage. While I was checking out, a tour group accidentally took my luggage. The hotel staff tracked it down and had it shipped to my next hotel. I had my luggage back in my hands a few hours after losing it.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the Omiya station. The corner room we booked was perfect for 3 people. Breakfast was regular. The organization with the breakfast was chaotic, lots of people all the time so you have to sign on a list and wait until there is space available (even on Sundays when they give you 3 options: 6:30-7:30-8:30).
We traveled there with our young kids from Canada, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how welcoming and kind everyone was. The entire place was absolutely spotless — you could tell they take a lot of pride in keeping everything clean and comfortable.
The breakfast each morning was incredible and truly worth every penny — fresh, delicious, and full of variety. And the spa… it was out of this world! So peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect way to unwind.
Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations — from the atmosphere to the service to the small thoughtful touches everywhere. It’s rare to find a place that feels so special, but this one really does. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
Clean room and the layout of room is considered spacious in Japan. Friendly and helpful staffs. We like that the hotel have coin laundry machines with dryer are available. Close to train station, convenient access.
