Great alternative to Tokyo! This property is located a few minutes’ walk from the east exit(s) of Omiya station. Rooms are large (by local standards), clean, quiet, and new. Bars and restaurants are located nearby. There are free lockers on site to store luggage. A buffet breakfast is included for no extra charge.

I was glad there were no steps in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. However, there was too much rice and not enough bread. There were no seats available at breakfast by 8am. The pajamas smelled bad and I couldn't use them. They smelled like a man. I would like to stay here again, but I hope they will fix the smell of the pajamas.

施設、設備、申し分ないです。周りは繁華街ですが、館内は静かで快適です。私は喫煙者ですが、部屋の中では吸いたくないので禁煙ルームにしました。でも、喫いたくなる時もあり、館内に喫煙スペースがあると最高です。

友人に頂いたお土産が多く、自宅に送ろうとフロントに確認すると、箱詰めの為のテープも貸して頂き、すごく丁寧に対応して頂きました。 外国人のスタッフさんでしたが、日本語が上手で、素晴らしい対応でした。 ありがとうございました。
