I love the good customer service of the front desk staff. Going over and beyond their duties to help tourist like me to be comfortable in Japan. Special mention to Mina for such superb and unparalled customer service and the lady working the morning of April 2 who helped me find a store to buy souvenirs to bring home and even print and translate for me the map and locations. Thank you front desk staff!!! 😃

まず、駐車場についてですが、事前予約をしないと利用できない可能性があるとのことでした。しかし、その予約が必要である旨がどこに記載されているのか分からず、ウェブサイト上でも確認できませんでした。 また、子どもを連れて宿泊する場合、子どもにも料金が発生するにもかかわらず、バスタオルやスリッパなどのアメニティは提供されません。スリッパはフロントで簡易的な使い捨てのものをもらえますが、タオルやバスタオル、歯ブラシなどは別途料金が必要とのことでした。 良かった点としては、コーヒーサービスと朝食が提供されているところです。

シングルルーム(禁煙)のお部屋を予約しました。訳ありや騒音がするなど書かれてないにも関わらず、エレベーター横の騒音がする部屋にアサインされました。うるさいので部屋を変えて欲しいと言ったところ、お客様の予約された部屋は【安い】のでと騒音がするのは当たり前という態度で対応され不愉快でした。うるさいから安いと言うならば元々、訳ありの部屋等の記載をするべきではないですしょうか？対応を含めとても不愉快でした。 周りに他の人がいるのに、お客様が予約された部屋は安いので！と何回も言われる身にもなって下さい。 安い部屋を予約したあなたが悪いです！と言われているような感じでした そもそも訳ありでうるさい部屋と記載があれば、追加料金があっても構わないのでそちらを予約しています。 最終的には部屋を変えていただけましたが、対応や訳ありなど記載ない点がマイナスポイントすぎました。 スタッフさんの言う通りなのであればシングルルームを予約するとすべてエレベーター横のうるさい部屋に案内されるそうです。 シングルルーム以外を予約することをオススメします。
