"The hotel was in a stunning location but far from any of the 3 convenience stores. They had their own on site but it was expensive compared to the others. It has the essentials but not much range. Walked 20 mins to a Lawson instead. We had a standard room which wasn't clean. There was dust on the ceilings, and mould on the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom was outdated. Good shower though. The Gym, Spa and Outdoor pool you had to pay extra for which you wouldn't expect for a 4 star hotel. ...

"What a fabulous hotel, we loved everything about this hotel, friendly staff, spacious clean and comfy room, a lovely Onsen to relax in. We arrived early, but were able to check in straight away. Location is top notch, a short walk to all the major attractions. We were very impresed with the endless free food and drink, from smoothies before breakfast, afternoon tea and free flowing drinks and snacks at sunset, to tasty soup and rice bowls to end the evening. "The hotel and property itself was immaculate. The staff, especially at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient . The Terrace and lounge were fantastic. I liked that the check in was at the terrace as well. The rooms however were a little bit dated and small Nothing really to complain about. Overall the good experience."

"Clean hotel. Location great as close to Hiroshima station. At check in staff was very helpful but still appears to be a complicated process. Experienced similar issues at Osaka APA hotel so something systemic, nothing to do with staff who were very helpful. Also, unless I missed something wifi only appears to work in your room."
