We loved this hotel! The buffet breakfast was quite extravagant - there were almost too many options! The hotel has a public bath/sento. It is not tattoo friendly, though I had no issues using it with a tattoo cover. It was just one bath, but it was relaxing. The room was well layed out and the bathroom was a decent size. There was a bit of a strange smell in the lobby and common areas when we first arrived, but it disappeared by the next day and must have been a weird fluke occurrence. It didn't bother us any other day. We assume it was maintenance. It's just a short walk from a tram station and relatively close to the Peace Memorial Park. Would definitely recommend this place!

This was a great stay. Very modern. Location seems far from town, but is very easy to access via local train and very convenient if you want to see the Miyajima (there is also a ferry from DT to Miyajima). Onsen is mixed gender and provides bathing suits for guests. There is outdoor and indoor bathing options. The restaurant is one of the best meals we have ever had. A very special, multi-course dinner that is included in the hotel stay.
