“It was great place to stay in Hassan. But it is a little bit distance with town and expensive price. Overall was wonderful and eco resort.”

“The Serai is in a coffee plantation; it is an oasis of calm in the centre of civilisation. We woke up to the chirping of birds and slept under a canopy of stars, both of which are impossible in the city.”

“Stay was peaceful. However, the food price, mainly the buffet lunch/ dinner is costing Rs. 2.5K per person. Any the hotel charges extra for room service (30% of the food order), which we felt was unfair.”

“Mice in the room. Understaffed. Pathetic room service. Exhorbitant sight seeing charges. No payment receipts or printed bills. Amount to be paid is mentioned on a scrap paper with out the name of the resort. Shady.”

“Amazing property , really great service . We had a great time , the waterfalls and the landscape was simply mesmerizing . I had taken the meals package and the spread is mind blowing . Only one small issue we faced was that there was frequent power switches which might be a little irritating especially if you are watching something on TV. Also Monsoon , while the property looks amazing .. not much activities to do due to the rain.”
