“We stayed in a standard room in the main building and it was so lovely! The breakfast was awesome and the walk down to the village was convenient. This hotel has a lovely restaurant attached with great food. Zaros Lake is just around the corner. My favorite part was the spring water running down the side of the road. A very lovely village to visit on your trip around Crete.”

“Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Vor allem hat man eine große Auswahl an Pools, wo man immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden kann. Auch mein Zimmer wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Leider hat das Bad eine Regendusche, die aber direkt vor der Toilette hängt. Somit wird das ganze Bad zur "Dusche" und ich konnte nur mit Flip Flops duschen. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis/Leistung stimmt und das Essen auch.”

“A noisy out dated hotel, which is connected to the Porto hotel next door. Good location & a decent varied breakfast, but take your own tea bags if you want an English cuppa, as they only have flavoured teas. A kettle would have been useful in the room too. The bed was comfortable although very creeky. You can hear everything outside & in the rooms next door. There were weird pumping noises from somewhere within the premises at midnight & early in the morning, plus a man talking loudly outside...
