“Everything was exactly as advertised, Spearfish has everything you need with the charm of a small town.”

“The staff was wonderful for our 7 day trip! Breakfast was delicious and clean each morning. The only issue we had was the ice machine out of order a few days but there was a baseball tournament that weekend with lots of players staying at the hotel. Didn't bother us. We still enjoyed our trip!”

“Room was clean and beds were ok. Room door to the hallway had a vertical gap and lots of light/noise from the hallway could be heard if present. Pool heater was out, water was very cold. Hot tub pump was out so no bubbles. Breakfast was edible but not very good. Staff only handled requests if you were standing at the front desk. Phone calls would be looked at but never happened.”

I didn’t need access to the pool or hot tub, but if others are looking for that, just know that they were both drained. Upon entry into the room we noticed trash laying around, a water bottle hidden under the bed that did not belong to us. The pillows and sheets had stains on them. “Great place to stay to walk around historic area Deadwood. Paul was super helpful in helping us park and even carted us to Mavericks for steak ao we got there before they closed. Lobby bar lounge area was nice. Would definitely recommend.”
