"A very very beautiful hotel. The attention to detail is amazing. All of the staff goes out of their way to assist you. Food is restaurant is excellent. The breakfast was the best we had in all our stays. The surrounding area flowers shrubbery was beautifully maintained. Martina checked us in and could not be more helpful. Very very pleasant staff. "Irene Is awesome! The hotel is lovely, everything was built with love, till the last small detail. Very quiet area, great as a base to visit the area around town and go to the beach. Breakfast is incredible, the beds are very comfortable and Irene is always great at recommending place to visit. If we visit puglia again we will definitely stay again at La Filanda"

"Insgesamt eine tolle moderne Unterkunft und freundliches Personal. Mit dem Auto sehr nah an der Stadt gelegen. Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. Das Frühstück war gut, es hätte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ich hätte mich außerdem gefreut, wenn das Personal...

"From entering the hotel we had the friendliest of welcomes from both Francesca and Erik. The room was everything we could have asked for in terms of comfort and cleanliness, a real luxury feel. We regret we were only able to spend one night and would absolutely make this our hotel of choice if we return. A further mention goes to the extensive breakfast where everything was presented perfectly and nothing was too much trouble for the team. Thank you to Francesca for the ice cream recommendation, the best we have had this holiday. In short a 10 out of 10 hotel. Thank you"

"This hotel was nice and super convenient to great restaurants and the marina. The decor was somewhat outdated and that is my only complaint. The staff was fantastic. My phone fell out in our cab from the airport. Thankfully, the cab driver gave me a card. I highly recommend getting a card or a picture of the name everywhere you go, just in case something goes wrong. The front desk was kind enough to call and explain to Oscar, my driver, and he dropped it back off at the hotel on his next trip into Brindisi. Thank you to Orientale Hotel staff for everything. And Oscar my cab driver. I hate I left his card at the front desk. I would love to thank him. "

"This was our first time visiting Gallipoli and what a wonderful surprise to stay at such a beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We actually decided to stay longer! The hotel grounds are beautiful and I spent time exploring the many private areas! Breakfast was good and served in a lovely terrace area. Air conditioning was nice and cold! We will definitely be back!"
