“This is a nice and clean hotel Every staffs are kind and friendly. But, If you want to get central London often, you feel quite struggle to get there. There're only bus stops and train station. Generally, I can say It's good.”

“The apartment needs renovation. Limited number of parking spaces and thus we need to park at Crown Plaza Hotel and walk back to the apartment. If need to do laundry, need to use the shared washing machines. However, one is broke and another isn’t connected with water supply.”

“Really clean and modern apartment. Tricky to enter through the access gate. Had to request a new code and then really push the gate to get in. ”

“Very comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect size room and so handy that the bed goes up to make more space. Love that there is complimentary coffee available in the sky lounge. ”

“Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”
