“Beautiful scenery. Very comfortable beds. We didn’t fully understand that there were no restaurants close by. We ended up driving 20 miles to Salmon to get our dinner.”

“The inn was comfortable & clean with historic charm. The riverside room was relaxing & provided a restful night's sleep. The one issue was low water pressure in the shower (not a big deal breaker). It was a short walk to Main Street (restaurants/shopping). It was directly across the street from Idaho Adventures (we enjoyed an evening float). “The bed was clean and comfortable, but there are definitely some issues with maintenance. The sink didn’t drain well at all and took several minutes after each use to clear out. The shower was also not cleaned very well, and the water took long amounts of time to adjust temperatures. Overall, I can’t say I’d really recommend Sacajawea Inn, but I also wouldn’t say it’s a place to avoid entirely. If you are planning on staying there, I’d keep my trip short and expectations relatively low.”

“Small family owned motel. Usual amenities. TV, microwave, fridge. A coffee pot in the room would be nice. There is no breakfast. Frankly there is no room at the front desk. Pickles restaurant is just down the street. Good food and cold beer. All around good value.”
